Room rates are dependent on the time of year that you're visiting with us -
Summer - April 1 to October 31 is $100/night
Winter - November 1 to March 31 is $150/night
A 9% tax will be added to your bill at check-out.
We require a room deposit of 50% of the seasonal room rate ($50 summer/$75 winter), per reserved night. This deposit is refundable as a monetary credit toward your final bill. Cancellation policies do apply - see cancellation information on our Policies & Services page to learn more.
How to make your deposit through this website (a Paypal account is not required):
Click the "Deposit" button below to start the process.
In the pop-up window, choose the quantity (QTY) of nights that you'll be staying with us. Your deposit subtotal will show at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to an order summary page.
Add your information to this page (i.e. Name, Email, Address, City, State, Zip Code, and any Note to Seller)
Scroll down the form and click on the "Pay with Paypal" button. (A Paypal account is not required.) You will see a processing page come up which will then lead you to Paypal to complete your transaction.
If logging in to your Paypal account, enter your Paypal Username and Password and click "Log In." If you don't have an account or don't wish to create one, you can choose the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option below to complete your payment.
Choose your preferred method of payment - credit card, debit card, bank account, etc. If you are not a Paypal account holder, you will need to complete a simple form with your credit card information, billing address, and contact information.
Click "Pay Now" and your transaction will be complete!

This bill covers all of the services rendered during your stay.
